Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals with 5+ years in the information and cyber security field, specializing in deploying and integrating the Micro Focus ArcSight suite. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise in ArcSight products and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, integrate, and manage the ArcSight suite, including ESM, Transformation Hub, and Smart Connectors
• Develop and customize Flex Connectors using Regex, DB Log Files, JSON, Web Services, Syslog
• Prioritize and categorize incidents while ensuring efficient network modeling and report/dashboard creation
• Troubleshoot Smart/Flex Connector communications
• Manage Unix/Linux OS (SLES, RHEL) and have strong scripting skills in Perl, Shell, and Python
• Handle database installation and configuration
• Apply security knowledge with SIEM, identity and access management, and network protocols
• Utilize networking and security technologies such as IDS/IPS, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Analysis, DLP, and Anti-Malware
• Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, and SANS GCIA are preferred

Required Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with remote teams across various time zones
• Flexibility for meetings outside standard business hours
